Hungarian baked goose liver strips


800 g of goose liver
200 g onion
100 g of goose fat
10 g of Hungarian paprika
3 g ground black pepper
2 g marjoram
20 g salt
parsley leaves (chopped)


1. Clean the goose liver and cut into small strips.
2. Slice the onion into small rings and put it in hot goose fat at moderate flame.
3. Bake it about 3 minutes and add the goose liver strips.
4. Spice it with pepper, marjoram, Hungarian paprika and chopped parley leaves.
5. Stirr and bake it about 10 minutes and at the end spice is with salt.
