Ingredients

Duck breast rost
goose liver roast
Goose cracklings
kropp cake
blue onion
red pepper strips.

Instructions

1. Slice the duck breest into thin slices.
2. Slice the goose liver into thin slices.
3. Slice the kropp cake into slices.
4. Peel the onions and slice into rings.
5. Arrange all ingredients on a large plate.
