Butter and other spreads
Hungarian cheese spread (Körözött) 2.
Ingredients400 g liptauer cheese (liptói, brindza)
100 g softened butter
25 g onions
5-10 g Hungarian paprika powder
1 tablespoon chives
2 teaspoons mustard
1 tbsp chices
1/2 teaspoon caraway (light crushed)
Instructions1. Mix together the cheese with the butter and the other ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
2. At last the little chives pieces.
3. Put it into the fridge for about 3-4 hours.
4. Derorate the spread with onions, radish and belly pepper slices.
