Liver paté 1.
Ingredients250 g Roasted liver (Resztelt máj)
2 tbsp cream
100 g butter
ground black pepper
Instructions1. Ground the roasted liver.
2. Add the cream, softened butter, salt and ground black pepper. 3. Season well!
4. Mix well and put in the fridge.
UseFor sandwiches, canapés or cold plates.
