- 6 hardboiled eggs
- 3 large onion
- 4 spoon of goose fat
- salt
Instructions
1. Peel the hardboiled eggs.
2. Cut the onion into very small cubes.
3. Smash up the hardboiled eggs, add in all the ingredients.
4. Mix well and taste with salt.
5. Serve with bread, or toast slices.
