Cucumber salad with sour cream Ingredients 2 large cucumbers 1 clove of garlic (crushed) 2 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 cup of sour cream 5 tbsp water paprika to sprinkle ground black pepper to sprinkle Instructions 1. Wash the cucumber and slice into 2 mm slices. 2. Sprinkle salt and garlic over the cucumbers. 3. Let sit 5 minutes, then mix with other ingredients. 4. Sprinkle the top with paprika, ground black pepper and serve. previous             next
