Bockwurst salad 2.

200 g German bockwurst sausages (Frankfurter Würstchen)
1 onion
3 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
1/4 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
little bit of ground black pepper
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

1 Mix the vinegar, water, oil, salt, sugar, parsley and pepper to a vinaigrette sauce.
2 Slice the bockwurst and combine with vinaigrette sauce.
3 Refrigerate overnight.
4 Makes 4 servings.
