Sweet pepper salad Ingredients 600 g green belly pepper 2 tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp salt 3 tbsp sugar 400 ml water. Instructions 1. Mix the vinegar, water, oil, salt and sugar to a salad sauce. 2. Slice the peppers into rings. 3. Combine the peppers with salad sauce. 4. Refrigerate overnight. 5.
