Sweet pepper salad600 g green belly pepper2 tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp salt 3 tbsp sugar 400 ml water. 1 Mix the vinegar, water, oil, salt and sugar to a salad sauce. 2 Slice the peppers into rings. 3 Combine the peppers with salad sauce. 4 Refrigerate overnight. 5 Makes 4 servings. |
