![]() Minced meat in a potcake mouldIngredients1 kg minced pork3 cloves of garlic (grated) a pinch of ground caraway 2 tsp Hungarian red pepper 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, salt 2 soaked buns 2 eggs 10 slices of smoked bacon Instructions1. Mix the meat with the garlic, black pepper, salt, soaked buns and eggs.2. Mix half of the mixture with the caraway, the other half with the red pepper (paprika). 3. Line the mould with the slices of bacon, place the meat mixture with caraway on it and cover with the other half of the mixture. 4. Cook in a moderately hot oven and turn out on a flat plate when cooked. ![]() ![]() |
