Christmas bites

Tea sandwiches, canapés

Christmas bites

Toasted bread
black caviar, red caviar
purple onion
mint leafs

1. Cut out little circles from the toasted bread and spread butter on them.
2. Place a small Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter on the top of it (around the center) and fill the inside with red caviar and the outside with black caviar, about 2 mm thick (about 1/16").
3. Decorate it with purple onion and a mint leaf.

It's an extraordinary party bite for special occasions.

You can also make the inverse of this by switching the colors of the caviar.
