Mixed pickles 2.

Ingredients

1 cauliflower
300 g carrots
300 g green beans
200 g small onions
10 small cucumbers
1,5 l vinegar (5 %)
1 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tsp plack pepper seeds
150 g sugar
3 tbsp salt

Instructions

1. Wash and rinse the vegetables and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Peel the onions.
3. Cook the cauliflower and carrot pieces in salted water about 5 minutes.
4. Cook the green beans in this salted water too.
5. Drain the vegetables and put into sterilized jars.
6. Dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar. Add wine, the seeds and 0,75 liter water. Bring to boil and pour into jars.
7. Close the jars.
