150 g flour
1 egg + 1 yolk
100 ml water
200 ml milk
1 teaspoon sugar
salt
200 ml backing oil
Instructions
1. Make a batter of the floor, the egg, the yolk, sugar, salt, the milk and water.
2. This is enough for 15 pancakes, care must therefore be taken to make them thin enough.
The frying pan must be neither too hot, nor too cool.
