20 sweet pancakes fried in advance
250 g Hungarian curd cheese
200 ml sour cream
2 tbsp rum
2 tbsp raisins
1 bag vanilla sugar
powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Soak the raisins in rum overnight!
2. Mix the curd cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and raisins together!
3. Fill the hot pancakes with 2 tbsp curd filling and roll it.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
