150 g walnut
150 g raisin
150 g powdered sugar
200 ml cream
grated lemon rind
10 g vanilla sugar
100 ml rum.
Instructions
1. Ground the walnuts finely.
2. Heat the rum and soak the raisins in it.
3. Mix all ingredients in boiled cream.
4. Use the filling for Hungarian sweet recipes e.g. Gundel pancakes, or strudels.
