Sour cherry filling
Ingredients
1 kg sour cherry
250 g sugar
Instructions
1. Wash the sour cherries. Alternative: Melt the frozen cherries.
2. Stalk and stone the cherries and put them in a bowl.
3. Sprinkle with sugar ad mix very gently.
4. Set aside.
5. After 20-30 Minutes pour the sweet liquid.
6. You can use the filling for different Strudels, pancakes or pies.
