Instructions
1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Cut out "sponge fingers" shapes.
3. Spread the canapés with butter.
4. Cut out little hearts from Ox tongue slices.
5. Arrange the Ox tongue hearts on the canapés.
6. Decorate canapés with herbs.
7. Spoon some mayonnaise, or ketchup over canapés.
