Canapés with double salmon roulade

Ingredients

Toasted bread (round Melba Toast)
butter
smoked salmon slices in oil (German)
smoked salmon slices in oil (Norvegian)
parsley

Instructions

1. Roll on the two sorts of salmon slices.
2. Spread the slices of bread with the butter.
3. Make canapes.
4. Put the salmon roulades on the bread.

Decoration: Ground parsley leaves.
