Closed sandwich with gambas
Ingredients
1 baguettte or 2 Kornspitz rolls
gambas
10 g butter
egg salad
3-4 fresh cucumbers
Instructions
1. Slice Kornspitz rolls in half lengthwise, and set out with soft insides facing up.
2. Spread rolls with softened butter.
3. Top each the egg salad.
4. Slice cucumbers and place slices on top of sandwich.
5. Top with other half of roll, and wrap into foil.
