Olives-mozzarella canapés

Ingredients

Toasted bread (round Melba Toast)
butter
green olives
mini mozzarellas
mint leaves
tootpicks

Instructions

1. Cut the toasted bread slices in half diagonally.
2. Spread the slices of bread with the butter.
3. Make canapes.
4. Layer mint leaves - olives - mozzarella - green olives on the bread.
5. Pin it with a tootpick.
