Ingredients

Toasted bread
butter
chopped red belly pepper
chopped hardboiled egg white
chopped parsley leaves.

Instructions

1. Cut the toasted bread slices in rectangle shapes.
2. Spread the slices of bread with the butter.
3. Make canapes.
4. Layer the ingredients on the canapé surface.
