Steak tartare (my recipe)Ingredients- 500 g premium beef tenderloin- 1 raw egg yolk - 1/2 tbsp ketchup - 1 tsp mustard - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper - 1/2 tbsp Hungarian paprika powder - 1/2 tsp brined capers, drained and rinsed - 1 tbsp cognac - 1/4 tsp salt Instructions1 Mince the meat twice, or three-times (optional place it into a food processor).2 Chop the capers finely. 3 Mix the ingredient well. 4 Place the steak tartare on a plate and hit a hole in the middle. 5 Fill the hole with egg yolk. 6 Decorate the steak tartare with whole capers and pickled cucumber slices. previous recipe next recipe |
