Fresh Hungarian sausage 2.

Ingredients

10 kg ground pork
200 g garlic
200 g Hungarian paprika
40 g black pepper
20 g piment
300 g salt

Instructions

1. Place meat in a large bowl.
2. Add all ingrediens.
3. Knead by hand to incorporate all seasonings.
4. Refrigrate overnight.
5. Next day, either stuff into sausage casing and freeze them, although they will stay good in the refrigrator for several days, or freeze the rest.
