Fresh Hungarian sausage 2.


10 kg ground pork
200 g garlic
200 g Hungarian paprika
40 g black pepper
20 g piment
300 g salt


1. Place meat in a large bowl.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Knead by hand to incorporate all seasonings.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Next day, either stuff into sausage casing and freeze them, although they will stay good in the refrigerator for several days, or freeze the rest.
