Ingredients

bread slices
left over fats after cooking a joint of pork
red and blue onion
salt
Hungarian paprika powder

Instructions

1. Slice the red and blue onions into thin slices.
2. Spread the bread slices with leftover spicy pork fat.
3. Arrange on the top the onion rings and sprinkle the top with salt and Hungarian paprika powder.
