Stuffed duck cropIngredients- 5 kg duck breasts- 5 kg dry beef meat - 150 g Hungarian paprika powder - 1 whole garlic (about 12-15 cloves) - 0.01 kg ground white pepper - 0.01 kg saltpeter - 0.2 kg salt Instructions1. Chop the beef and the goose into very small pieces.2. Combine with ground garlic, spices, salpeter and salt. 3. Fill mixture into the soaked duck crop. 4. Store in a cold place for 1 day. 5. Smoke for 3-4 days in a cold place. |
