Ingredients

bread slices
goose fat
baked goose liver
red paprika slices

Instructions

1. Spread the bread slices with goose fat.
2. Cut the goose liver in thin slices.
3. Arrange the liver slices on the top of the bread slices.
4. Garnish the sandwiches with red paprika slices.
