Lecsó2 tbsp oil400 g onions (sliced finely) 1200 g yellow Hungarian peppers (2x2 cm cubes) 400 g tomato (quartered) 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp Hungarian paprika salt Heat the oil and the onions in the fat they are golden. Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika powder, add the tomatoes and the paprika cubes. Sugar an salt to taste and cook with cover ready. |
