Mushroom paprikas (Gombapaprikás)1 kg mushrooms100 g fat, or oil 150 g onions 100 g lecso 60 g smoked bacon 20 g Hungarian paprika 500 ml sour cream salt to taste Wash the mushrooms and slice into slices. Heat the fat and add the finely chopped onions. Fry until golden yellow. Add the paprika and a little water. Add the mushrooms and season with salt. When the water has evaporated, add cream and bring to boil. |
