Hungarian Jewish chicken kropp 3.
Ingredients3-4 whole chicken skins
3-4 hardboiled eggs
4-5 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions1. Peel the hardboiled eggs and wrap into chicken skins.
2. Put it in baking pan with 8-10 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons goose fat.
3. Steam it for 15-20 minutes covered with foil, then remove the foil and bake it full (sometimes sprinkle them with the fat).
Cold, hot, both excellent, cheap, tasty and attractive food.
