Stuffed goose neck 2.

Ingredients

1 goose neck
1 rolls
1 bounch parsley leaves
1 egg
1 hardboiled egg
1 onion
4 + 2 tbsp goose fat
salt, ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Remove skin from goose neck and sew the wide end.
2. Chop the onion into small cubes.
3. Chop the hardboiled egg into cubes.
4. Soak the rolls in milk.
5. Cook the onion and goose fat until yellow.
6. Squeeze the rolls.
7. Mix all the ingredients.
8. Fill the spicy mixture into the goose and sew the end. 9. Place the neck in a pot with 100 ml of boiling salted water and 2 tbsp goose fat.
5. Cook covered on low heat 1/2 hour and uncovered 1/2 hour.
6. Slice, decorate and serve warm, or cold.
