Tarhonya (Hungarian noodle garnish)

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt.

Instructions

1. Beat the salted egg in a bowl.
2. Add the flour in the mixture.
3. Add the flour only a little at a time.
4. As flours vary in the amount of water they absorb, different flours will need different amount of water to knead.
6. When you reach a stage where you can’t knead the dough anymore.
