Hungarian baked chicken liver

Ingredients

500 g of chicken liver
half tbsp ground black pepper
2 spoonful of goose fat
1/2 tbsp marjoram
1/2 tbsp salt

Instructions

1. Clean the chicken liver (from hearth) and put it in goose fat at moderate flame.
2. Bake it about 20 minutes and spice with salt, pepper and marjoram.
3. Serve hot with potatoes, or cold.
