Ingredients1500 g trout
100 g butter
6-8 cloves of garlic
Instructions1. Mix: room temperature butter, ground garlic and cut up parsley.
2. Prepare the fish and salt it. Make little cuts on it.
3. Put the garlic butter into the little cuts.
4. Place the fish on a baking sheet, then spread the remaining butter on the fish.
5. Put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes, and pour butter on it from time to time.
