Hungarian Paprika Potatoes (Paprikás krumpli)Ingredients1 kg potatoes100 g fat, or oil two large (about 150 g onions) - finely chopped 120 g lecso 100 g smoked bacon (2-3 slices) about 20 g Hungarian paprika salt to taste Instructions1. Wash and peel the potatoes.2. Dice into 2-3 cm wedges, or cubes. 3. In a large pan heat the fat, the bacon slices and add the finely chopped onions. 4. Fry until golden yellow. 5.
