![]() Hungarian pörkölt gravy (Pörkölt szaft)Ingredients100 g fat3 onions 15 g Hungarian paprika 1 green pepper 1 tomato garlic (1-2 cloves) salt to taste Instructions1. Cut the onions into 3 mm squares.2. Heat the fat in a pan. 3. Sauté the finely chopped onions till golden brown, add the paprika and a little bit of garlic. 4.
