Marinated chicken breast


500 g chicken breast (bonless, skinless)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper.


1. Slice the chicken breast into thin slices.
2. Mix all ingredients well.
3. Lubricate the meat slices with the marinade.
4. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
5. Drip off the slices and grill the first site over wooden fire about 3 minutes.
6. Turn the slices and grill the second site about 2 minutes.
7. Serve with salad.
