Mothers lecsó

150 g bacon cubes
3 big onions (sliced finely)
1500 g different peppers from her garden (strips)
300 g tomato (quartered)
2 potatos
2 tbsp Hungarian paprika
salt

Sautée the bacon until it turns translucent and the onions in the fat they are golden. Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika powder, add quardered tomatoes, paprika stripes and the sliced potatoes. Salt to taste and cook with cover ready.
