Cevapcici 1 (sausage fingers Serbian style)

400 g minced pork meat
400 g minced beef meat
200 g minced lamb meat
black pepper
salt.

Place all meat, black pepper an salt in a large bowl. Knead by hand to incorporate all seasonings. Form meat mixture into fingers about 2 inches long and 1/2 inch in diameter. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add enought fingers to make a single layer and cook in hot oil, over medium heat, turning to brown all sides, for about 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve sausage fingers with mixed pickles.
