![]() Fresh Hungarian sausage 1.Ingredients2 kg ground pork3 garlic cloves 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp ground cumin 30 g Hungarian paprika 50 g salt Instructions1. Place meat in a large bowl.2. Add all ingredients. Knead by hand to incorporate all seasonings. 3. Refrigerate overnight. 4.
