![]() Sausage with caraway (köményes kolbász)Ingredients1,6 kg ground pork0,5 kg minced pork liver 2 rolls in 200 ml milk 20 g black pepper 30 g paprika 2 tsps caraway seeds 50 g salt. Instructions1. Place meat in a large bowl.2. Add all ingredients. Knead by hand to incorporate all seasonings. 3. Refrigerate overnight. 4. Next day, either stuff into sausage casing and freeze them, although they will stay good in the refrigerator for several days, or freeze the rest. ![]() ![]() |
