Milk flan with apricot jam (Tejespite baracklekvárral)Ingredients1 l milk200 g flour 100 g sugar 10 g salt 3 eggs 100 g apricot jam 50 ml apricot brandy (pálinka) 200 g tinned apricots 10 g vanilla sugar. Instructions1. Mix the flour, milk, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs to make a pancake mixture.2. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking tray and cook in a hot oven (250-300°C) until golden brown and the mixture has blistered. 3. Remove when ready and allow to cool before cutting into squares and decorating with tinned apricots. 4. Heat the apricot jam and add the brandy to this before pouring over the fruit. 5.
