![]() Roasted liver (Resztelt máj)Ingredients1 kg pork liver pieces, 1/4 cup pork fat3-4 onions 3 tbsp lecso 2 tbsp Hungarian sweet paprika powder 1 tsp salt ground black pepper Instructions1. Heat the fat in a pan.2. Fry the finely chopped onions till golden brown, add the paprika and the liver pieces. 3. Cook about 10 minutes. Now add a half cup of water and cook 15 minutes. 4. Add the lecso (Hungarian pepper stew). 5. Cook 5 minutes and add the salt and the ground black pepper. 6. Serve with rice or crispy bread. ![]() ![]() |
