Hungarian paprikash gravy (Paprikás szaft)Ingredients100 g fat3 onions 15 g Hungarian paprika 1 green pepper 1 tomato 500 ml sour cream garlic (1-2 cloves) salt to taste flour (about 1 tbsp) Instructions1. Cut the onions into 3 mm squares.2. Heat the fat in a pan. 3. Sauté the finely chopped onions till golden brown, add the paprika and a little bit of garlic. 4. Then add the green peppers and tomatoes. 5. Cover the pot and reduce the flame. 6. Cook about 10-12 minutes. 7. Stir a little flour into the sour cream, add it to the onion-pepper-tomato mixture and bring to boil again. 8. Serve to Hungarian dishes. previous next |
