Paprika sausage (Bikal style)


7,5 kg ground dry pork meat
2,5 kg ground pork butt
320 g sweet Hungarian paprika powder
45 g fine black pepper
120 g fresh garlic cloves (chopped)
200 g salt
2 g ground caraway seeds


1. Combine the ground meats with the other remaining ingredients.
2. Stuff into natural pig case.
3. Smoke slowly 3,5-4 days time.
