Sausage butter (kolbászos vaj)
Ingredients
100 g softened butter
100 g Hungarian paprika sausage
Instructions
1. Remove the casing from sausage. Use warm water, or soak sausage for 15 minutes in cold water.
2. Chop the sausage very finely.
3. Combine the sausage with softened butter.
4. Stuff into forms or wrap in foil and chill.
