Sausage basic recipe
Ingredients
10 kg ground pork
100 g garlic
30 g black pepper
20 g piment
200 g salt
Instructions
1. Place meat in a large bowl.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Knead by hand to incorporate all seasonings.
